Anger affects all of us from time to time. It's a natural human emotion, we do have it for a reason. Ultimately it protects us.

However if we find ourselves getting triggered frequently over rationally small daily issues this can put a lot of strain on our personal health and well being and even family dynamics.

The good thing is, it can be resolved! It's just important that we take the correct steps in the right direction. 


And this 4 week therapy programme will provide you with exactly that.

Together we will be working on not only completely resolving the cause of this anger problem but you will also learn various methods for processing emotions and clearly communicating should you need them in the future.
