Simply put, anxiety is nothing more than a symptom of a conflict within your subconscious mind. 

Your subconscious mind is the part of your mind that contains your beliefs, values, memories and it's the part of your mind that controls and regulates your heart beat, dreams at night, body temperature and much more. 


You see, we develop beliefs about ourselves and reality based upon our experiences in life. 

If we experience a trauma or something unpleasant during our journey through life, there is a chance that we can develop a limiting belief about ourselves. 

For example:

A client of mine was sick in school as a child. He developed a fear of being embarrassed. His limiting belief as a 48 year old man was:

 

"I must not embarrass myself, people will judge me" 

The result... a life time of social anxiety and control issues.

By addressing the root cause event using regression techniques we can completely eliminate all undesirable symptoms. 

On our third session within the programme his issues had been completely resolved.
